SOMMERZEIT

Endlich haben wir Sommer, grad rechtzeitig zum längsten Tag im Jahr. Uebrigens Geburtstag von Sarah und Chris am 21.6. - alles Liebe zum Geburtstag, so super, an diesem Tag geboren zu sein.

Alors qu'est-ce qu'on fait ce weekend de beau temps et de la journée la plus longue de l'année.
Les choix: piscine publique de Carouge (on a fait ça de matin, on était pas les seuls à avoir cette idée.)
Ou bien, soirées suspenses Euro Foot ou la FETE DE LA MUSIQUE????? Les deux, bien sûr.

L'un n'exclus pas l'autre:

Et le tricot... est resté dans le sac Samedi et Dimanche.

J'adore ce sac, c'est le mouton du logo Tricolaine et Kitt m'a fait ce sac de projet pour les chaussettes en cours , encore 1000 merci Kitt, je sais que ceci mériterait une entrée blog tout seul.

J'ai quand-même bien avancé la jupe de Ruth Soerensen en Kauni cette semaine, j'arrive à la partie dentelle avec bcp bcp de mailles mais j'aime bcp.


Le modèle est en vente au magasin, et la laine Kauni bien sûr également. Portée avec des leggings, elle sera très belle cette jupe.

Venez nombreux, c'est une bonne occasion de rencontrer d'autres passioné(e)s du tricot.

J'ai fini une paire de chaussettes, mon projet TPG (Transports Publiques Genevoises) que j'avais commencé il y a longtemps. Il semble que je ne suis pas bonne cliente de TPG, je favorise le vélo. Mais la toute dernière paire avance plus rapidement. J'ai passé deux jours à Amsterdam avec Chris que je n'avais pas vu depuis 3 ans. Mes aigs. en bambou ont pu voyager avec moi sur l'aller et retour cette fois. Quand j'étais à Londres elles étaient confisquées à Gatwick. Va comprendre la logique.

Working as a Duty Free Marketing Manager. Possibly taking an early Monday morning plane to go visit a BIG airport with a sales colleague, wishing I'd be wearing more comfy shoes as we walk kilometers between the shops.

2. What 5 things are on on my to-do list for today (not in any particular order):

cross my fingers for my daughter who has an exam this morning; pay bills; finalize two pattern translations; buy coffee for the shop; iron a couple of Summer dresses hoping I can wear them one day soon

3. Snacks I enjoy:

bread and cheese; chocolate

4. Things I would do if I was a billionaire:

Live in a house with a big garden and grow my own veggies and salads; make sure everyone I love lives in a house with a big garden too. Adopt lots of animals in need.

5. Places I have lived:
